Sound Bath with Daman Hoffman at Dance with Joy

Support your inner wellbeing by immersing yourself in a sea of healing sounds at Dance with Joy Studio in Russellville, Arkansas. Daman Hoffman, Little Rock-based sound therapist with Embassy of Sound will help you find a state of deep relaxation with a guided meditation, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, harmonium, ocean drum, harp, handpan, gong, and more. As you soak in the pure harmonic tones, the gentle soundscape will unfold around you, carrying you into a dream-like state of consciousness. When you are tuned into your inner self, you may experience a greater connection between body and mind, reduced stress and anxiety, and feel more balanced and focused. A few aerial hammocks and anti-gravity chairs will be available for an elevated float through your sound journey.

We welcome you to join us for this unique experience. No prior knowledge is needed. Guests are advised to wear soft or loose clothing & bring their own yoga mat as well as any pillows, blankets, eye masks, water bottles, or other comfort items they may like. Space is limited and advance registration is required. The cost of admission is $30 with an optional $10 to upgrade to an aerial hammock (limited to 8)
