* Building a Strong Parent-Child Relationship – Foster deeper trust, respect, and open communication.
* Control vs. Choices – Learn how offering thoughtful choices can be more effective than exerting control.
* Authority vs. Influence – Shift from enforcing rules to inspiring positive behavior.
* What We Say, How We Say It, and What We Mean – Communicate so your children feel genuinely heard.

Led by Michel Thibeault, founder of Wisdom Education Coaching, who brings nearly 40 years of educational experience—including 13 years as a principal and Mindfulness Director at Panyaden International School, plus 6 years as founding CEO of the Centre for Leadership and Adventure in Nature in Canada. Michel is an ACC-certified ICF Leadership Coach, recipient of the Education 2.0: Outstanding Leadership Award, and a 2025 nominee of the Hong Kong–based Fluxx Awards for his contributions to education.
Come and explore the principles behind your interventions. Identify why your intentions don't always give you the results you want and know how to fix that. Develop strategies that will increase your power of influence over your child without the need for control.
