Join us for a 60-minute Vinyasa class in the park open to all ages and levels. We’ll start the morning with grounding movement, mindful breath then settle into a relaxed community picnic.
Bring your mat, a blanket, and something to eat and drink.
After class, we’ll have an easygoing, bring-your-own-style picnic. Stay for a few minutes or linger a little longer. This is summer wellness, Bliss-style.

Time: 8:30–9:30 AM Yoga | 9:30–10:00 AM Picnic (stay as long as you’d like)
