Donuts in Victoria Chat: Flowing from Meter to Payment

This month’s Donuts in Victoria chat will feature a conversation with the City of Victoria’s Finance Director / Assistant City Manager, Trisha Pollock, who leads the City’s utility billing office. With a focus on clean and safe water, the City of Victoria provides water, sewer, and stormwater services for over 3,800 households and commercial across Victoria. This discussion will cover the billing side of utility services and how the cost structure is set up with base charges and progressive usage charges to limit wasteful water use as part of the City’s water conservation strategy.
