A Tree Party!

A celebration of forests and the hard work the Civilian Conservation Corps did in Michigan. Learn about the work and life of the CCC boys with singer-songwriter Bill Jamerson at 11am-noon, tour Michigan’s first tree nursery, learn about the life of a CCC boy with CCC re-enactors, get up close with DNR firefighting equipment and talk to DNR foresters and archaeologists to find out about the cool work they are doing!
