This course focuses on spotting techniques, providing ample time to practice and become comfortable with the timing and feel of spotting side aerials, front aerials, and back handsprings.

Practical Testing for ABHS held at end of Course
This course is a prerequisite for Module Two Certification
Prerequisites:
Module One with a current and active license (confident spotting front and back walkovers, and cartwheels)
Minimum age of 18 years
Teachers are required to attend this course with a student(s) who has mastered the basic progressions leading up to side aerials and back handsprings, for example, one hand cartwheel, back Arabian limber, handstand shoulder shrugs, front walkover, hold handstand on the wall/plank for 1 minute.
Requirements: To complete ABHS Certification, participants must attend the course and complete a practical exam and complete practical hours (25-100 hours), depending on the practical exam results) which are required for Module 2 Certification.
This Certification is ideal for teachers who want to gain confidence in spotting these skills and is required for entering students into exams up to Level 8.
