McIntosh Memorial Library invites community members to breathe new life into their favorite books at Book Mending Basics, a hands-on workshop led by Library Services Specialist Christina Dunn, on Thursday, June 26 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
In this interactive class, participants will learn practical techniques to repair common book damage โ€” including torn pages, loose spines, and other minor wear and tear. Christina Dunn, who oversees the mending and processing of the libraryโ€™s own collection, will guide attendees through each step using professional tools and methods.
Participants are encouraged to bring a book in need of repair. All mending supplies will be provided by the library.
Space is limited and registration is required. Reserve your spot by visiting:
