McIntosh Memorial Library invites community members to breathe new life into their favorite books at Book Mending Basics, a hands-on workshop led by Library Services Specialist Christina Dunn, on Thursday, June 26 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
In this interactive class, participants will learn practical techniques to repair common book damage โ including torn pages, loose spines, and other minor wear and tear. Christina Dunn, who oversees the mending and processing of the libraryโs own collection, will guide attendees through each step using professional tools and methods.
Participants are encouraged to bring a book in need of repair. All mending supplies will be provided by the library.
