Volunteer Limit: 30
Required to Bring: bottled water, closed-toed shoes, pants
Recommended to Bring: sunblock, bug spray, hat
Seven Islands State Birding Park and Keep the Tennessee River Beautiful are partnering to finally remove an old landfill that was on the property before it became a Tennessee State Park. Volunteers will remain on land, helping to collect household debris and waste (most of it decades old) while State Park Rangers lower the collected trash on a slack line off of a bluff into our boats waiting on the French Broad River below!
Come join us as we clean this breathtaking wildlife habitat.
