Do you or someone you know have a boat and would like to get involved to be a part of something BIGGER? Join the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors for their annual waterway clean up and help clean our canals, beaches and bays! Jet skis, SUPs, join us! We will all meet the day before the event to distribute supplies and go over the map route. After the trash has been collected, we will all meet up at Keeywaydin for a group photo, snacks and prizes from our sponsors!

July 2024, Clean Up Florida Waters volunteers spent 520 hours scouring 185 miles of the state’s waterways. They removed more than the weight of a fully loaded garbage truck.
Let's beat last years numbers!
Last July, MIAAOR reported:
• Number of volunteers 12
• Hours worked (everyone combined)24
• Area Cleaned (square feet, miles, etc.) 5Miles Square
• Amount collected (pounds, bags, etc.) 22 Bags Aprox. 55LB.
• Most unusual thing you removed: TIRE and decking boards
Last July, the Florida Realtors Clean Up Florida Waters events – 141 in all – spanned 185 miles and included 3,040 participants who logged a collective 520 volunteer hours. Event participants collected 41% more debris than they did during last year’s events.
