The Jacob Edwards Library is pleased to host a dramatic reading with playwright Mary Darling and Museful Intent. The event will include a short reading and followed by a panel discussion on inclusion in theater. This will be a space for folks to share some of their experiences and tips on how to continue to be inclusive when collaborating in the theatrical setting and more.
Mary Darling is a playwright/ director/ photographer. In 2023 she participated in Too Much Damn Theater’s annual pass-along play competition and her team’s play You, Me and My Multiple Consciousnesses won 7 awards, including “Best Play” and her short play Adverb Ever After was featured in the Masque & Spectacle Literary Journal's September 2023 Issue. Recent productions include Strawberry Shortcake (Boston Theater Marathon XXVI), A Very Public, Very Family Friendly Park Bench (Fresh Fruit Festival), and Period.
