🌈 June Feature: Aluel Cellars Wine Pairings

This Pride Month, we're proud to feature wines from Aluel Cellars, a top-notch queer-owned winery based in Seattle, WA.

Founded by partners Alex Oh and Samuel Hilbert, Aluel is the perfect blend of personal passion and winemaking precision—fittingly named by combining their names: ALex + samUEL = Aluel.

We're especially excited about this collaboration because of our own community ties:

- Jenny, our Wine Stylist, worked at Aluel while living in Seattle and is deeply familiar with Aluel, their wines and their perfect pairing notes

- Alex, Aluel’s co-founder, has a Madison connection—he’s a proud graduate of UW-Madison Law School!


🍷 Expect award-winning wines rooted in Washington’s best vineyards and crafted with Old World sensibility.

🧀 We'll be pairing these wines with locally-produced Wisconsin cheeses and charcuterie, celebrating the best of both coasts.

📚 To round it out, we’ll feature books with LGBTQ+ main characters, creating the perfect mix of pride, palate, and prose.
