Art Jam with the Archives

Paintings of tangerine sunsets and grape-flavored skies, gorgeous pots made for cooking and storing the autumn harvest, warm quilts, and photos of family outings are all subjects for an artist. They are also artifacts of a time and place! Kids ages 4 to 12 years old can make new memories with the Alabama Department of Archives and History in this art and artifact program featuring story book reading, dot portraits, and a quilt design activity!
