Join Lea Sevigny of Joyful Wildcrafting for this hands-on workshop. Learn to identify, harvest, and prepare wild ingredients to make a concentrated root beer syrup. When mixed with carbonated water, this syrup creates a delicious root beer soda. Participants will enjoy root beer floats with syrup created together in class and will have the confidence to be able to recreate the syrup at home.
