Know Your Numbers: blood pressure basics

Blood pressure is a critical indicator of heart health and knowing your numbers is key! Thanks to funding through the American Heart Association's "Libraries with Heart" program, Winfield Public Library is a Community Heart Hub. Join us for this interactive event to celebrate this designation and learn how to track your heart numbers.

We'll have experts on-hand to provide guidance as you practice taking your blood pressure, checking your pulse and exploring other key factors to heart health.
