My Mom Is Here is the brainchild of Sam Seiff (vocals) and Nick Sare (keys), who recruited their Columbia jazz pals Aidan Speckhard (drums), Ryan Daar (bass), and Stephen Park (guitar) to play with them in 2023. Ever since, My Mom Is Here has rocked classic NYC venues like Mercury Lounge and Nublu, garnering praise for their tight musicianship and goofy onstage antics.
October Ember is composed of Jennifer Dutiel and Kevin Holland, a multi-instrumentalist couple with a penchant for the quirky and the beautiful. Their music's a cross-pollination of folk, alternative, jazz, prog, & art pop. OE's often joined by the inimitable Troy Kunkler on percussion. Theyβre currently based in Columbus, Ohio.
