📢The Town of Elon's annual Shred Event has been rescheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2025. Join the Town of Elon in the fight against identity theft by safely and securely destroying your sensitive information and confidential documents.

📍Beth Schmidt Park (2150 Elon Park Dr.)
No appointment needed. Stop by and take part in this FREE event!
Items to shred: old bills, birthdates, bank statements, Social Security numbers, medical records, passwords or PINs, canceled checks, addresses, account numbers, email addresses, signatures, and phone numbers.
*Limit of three document boxes or 75 pounds of paper per attendee. Please remove documents from binders or notebooks. Staples, paperclips, and rubber bands are okay. Metal or household trash will not be accepted.
