Community Meditation

We host a Community Meditation on the last Sunday of the month at 4 PM. All are welcome – no experience necessary. Please sign up to reserve your spot!

The meditation sessions we host are secular practices that come from Buddhism. You don’t have to be Buddhist to meditate or practice mindfulness. Mindfulness is simply bringing our attention to the present moment and seeing what arises without judgment.

Rachel (certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher) will lead the group in seated and walking Mindfulness Meditation. Instruction will be provided and we’ll have time for discussion and Q&A.

This is a free meditation and open to all.

If you are able to donate, you help keep our doors open, and ensure quality programming in the Little Switch space.
