Foraging Summer Plants and Mushrooms, Presentation and Walk

We return to the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center for a slideshow presentation and walk on the property to find plants and wild mushrooms. Learn how to find ingredients for your next meal in your own backyard! We will start with a presentation that covers the greens, fruits, and plentiful mushrooms of summer then head out on the trails of DPNC to find these edibles in their natural ecosystems. Meets at DPNC.
