Have you been curious about trying a fitness class but unsure where to start? Or maybe you've been wanting to bring a friend to your favorite workout? Now’s the perfect time!

Join us for a Partner Workout in the Park!

We’ll be leading a Functional Fitness class that focuses on fun and effective bodyweight exercises to help you feel strong and energized! Just bring a yoga mat and water bottle, and get ready to move.

No partner? No problem! We'll pair you up with a new workout buddy in class. This session is open to all fitness levels, with modifications available for every exercise. Plus, your partner does not need a park district membership to join.

Grab your gear and your favorite fitness friend—or meet a new one there—and let's sweat, smile, and get stronger together!
