Bat Night for Adults

Enjoy an evening at Hammel Woods exploring the habitat of our local bat species. Watch the bats emerge from their sleeping quarters to go out on their nightly hunt. Using echolocation technology, “listen” for bats and discover some fascinating facts about these flying mammals.

Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 21 and older.

Don’t forget a camp chair. You are welcome to bring beer or wine to wind down the event.

Meet at the stone pavilion at Hammel Woods — Route 59 Access.

This program will take place on natural surfaces.
