This weekend training weaves aspects from Sherwood’s foundations in and evolutions from 𝐵𝑜𝑑𝑦 𝑊𝑒𝑎𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟 training serving as rich sources for practices rooted in the landscapes of our very bodies and the spaces we work with, through, in, from and for.


We begin each day with warming, collective protean progressions leading us to sensorial, improvisational and site-specific research, performed individually, in partners and in groups.

Questo workshop di un weekend intreccia aspetti dei fondamenti del lavoro di Sherwood con evoluzioni del training di 𝐵𝑜𝑑𝑦 𝑊𝑒𝑎𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟, fungendo da ricca fonte per pratiche radicate nei paesaggi dei nostri corpi e negli spazi attraverso i quali, in, da e per cui lavoriamo.

Iniziamo ogni giornata con progressioni mutevoli collettive e riscaldanti che ci conducono a ricerche sensoriali, improvvisate e site-specific, eseguite individualmente, in coppia e in gruppo.
