Part of the 2025 Cuvées & Cuisine Sparkling Wine Dinner Series

Join us for an unforgettable summer evening at Mousse Sparkling Wine Co. as we celebrate our Verde—a crisp and lively Vinho Verde–style sparkling wine—paired with a traditional Spanish paella dinner. Chef Ben Banks, winemaker and chef at The Winery at Sovereign Estate, will prepare the meal live over an open flame using a giant paella pan. Enjoy music by Pavel Jany.

Your ticket includes:
-A generous serving of fresh Spanish paella with shrimp, chorizo, mussels, and chicken. (Vegetarian and shellfish-free options will be available)
-A seasonal crisp salad
-Freshly baked bread
-A glass of Verde, made from Minnesota-grown Frontenac Blanc grapes
