Park Ranger Tandi Stevens is returning from the Natchez Trace to join us for story time on July 1st! We'll enjoy some stories about weather that could happen when exploring the great outdoors. And we will have craft time with this story time!
Each educational session lasts approximately 30 minutes and is designed to teach pre-literacy skills while promoting the love of books and reading. Our summer programs will highlight the arts with the theme of βColor Our World: Arts of Lewis County.β Story time programs are designed for children ages 5 and under, but older children are welcome to attend. Registration for summer reading is not required for program attendance, but is a way to enhance summer fun! Time spent in story time programs DOES count as reading time for participants in the READSquared portion of summer reading. Register for READSquared at lewislibrary.readsquared.com
