From Shostakovich’s jazz-infused Golden Age Suite to the radiant overture of Saint-Saëns’ Le timbre d’argent (The Sound of Silver), the evening sparkles with musical treasures. Wagner’s triumphant Entry of the Gods into Valhalla from Das Rheingold sets a grand tone, while Lehar’s elegant Gold and Silver Waltz adds a touch of refined charm.
