Did you know ruby-throated hummingbirds double their weight before the long migration south? How would you double your weight if you were a hummingbird? Drinking sugar water of course! Our birds are gearing up for their long flight and need to plump up! Learn about hummingbird migration and other interesting facts as we sip tea and enjoy some light snacks.
Two sessions will be offered:
10 to 11:30 a.m.
1:30 to 3 p.m.
Fee: Free!
Age: All ages.

Plum Creek Nature Center is an accessible facility. We will be inside for a discussion then seated outside on a lawn surface. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online ( https://www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information/request-accommodation-inclusion-service/) no later than 48 hours before the program.
