Come along to Ilkley Haven as we explore the human elemental structure. Opening into the multidimensional aspects of will, mind, emotion and body, how they can be perceived and worked with internally and in relation to the world around us. This is a loving, compassionate space with a strong divine masculine presence. If you are a beginner or new to this approach, this workshop is designed to cater to a wide range of experience levels and will offer a mixture of:
Alchemical and hermetic wisdom ๐ฅ
Connection with the Earth and fellow seekers on the path ๐
Energy work practices to experience a felt sense of the theory ๐
Guided meditation journey ๐งโโ๏ธ
Light language and mystic poetry ๐โจ
Beginning with Earth connection, finding and making offerings
Connection and heart sharing to form group vessel, followed by calling of Spirit
Working with the theory around the human elemental structure and energy work to move through elemental energies
Explanation of alchemical phases and how to work with them in healing and shadow work
Finishing with a meditation journey to your inner sanctum, moving through the elements, harmonising and balancing
This workshop is formed to provide activation (fire), clarity (air), balance and vitality (water), structure and foundation (earth). This balanced approach allows for effective integration afterwards
