The classes build upon one another, but you are welcome to come to any or all as your schedule allows. Donations to GeerCrest farm are greatly appreciated!

This four-part workshop series is a short primer that explores the art and science of home composting. Covers principles of composting, composting systems, practical tips, biology of the compost pile, uses of compost. Workshop includes lecture, field work, microscope, and hands on experience working with materials.
