5-DAY CAMP: Does your child dream of owning a bakery? This is the camp for you! We'll learn to decorate cookies and cupcakes using buttercream icing, royal icing and fondant. Campers will work in teams to create a vision for their own bakery: coming up with a name and location, planning a menu, pricing considerations, and designing a layout for their storefront. Our ovens will be getting a workout with this week-long baking camp because we’ll also learn to make delicious savory baked lunches. Ages 5-12 (Camp). Ages 13-14 (Junior Leadership Program). Before and after camp care available, extending day to 8:00-4:30.
