Chronic Pain Self-Management Programme

This is a 6 week 2 ½ hours per week Self-Management programme for anyone with chronic pain.

Some of the areas we cover are:
 What is chronic pain
 Physical activity and exercise
 Fatigue management
 Moving Easy Programme

This course is delivered by two lay tutors who live with or have
experience of living with a long term health condition.
