It’s time to get your paperwork in for the upcoming season — don’t miss these dates! 📣

📅 Collection Dates & Times:
✅ Wednesday, June 25th | 5:30–7:00 PM @ CASA (backside of the large gym, near the stadium)

‼️ IMPORTANT:
Athletes will NOT be allowed to participate this season if paperwork is incomplete or missing. All paperwork must be turned in during one of these dates.

🗂 What to Bring:
✅ Copy of school enrollment form (with proof of grade for 2025/2026 school year – 12U & 14U only)

✅ Copy of birth certificate (new athletes only; bring a copy, not the original)

✅ One check made payable to CRJR for $120 per child (fundraiser deposit)

✅ One check made payable to CRJR for $500 for the 1st athlete, $100 per additional athlete (volunteer hours deposit)
