Hummingbirds: Jewels of the Sky

Registration required. We’ll begin with a 30 minute talk that discusses the marvels of hummingbirds, the four different hummingbird species that we can find in Colorado, and their migration patterns. Afterwards, we’ll look for Broad-tailed and Black-chinned Hummingbirds at Greenlee Wildlife Preserve. We’ll also discuss the different native plants that can attract hummingbirds and share tips on hummingbird feeder maintenance.
