These sessions are very relaxed and all about expressing yourself through the use of a sketchbook, using different drawing techniques, your emotions and day-to-day inspiration. Each month will have a different subject focus, such as still life, fruit, nature, the sea, colour, pattern, abstract, landscape, seascape etc. The variety is endless and I promise you won't be disappointed!
Mindfulness Art can be a way of calming the mind and enabling yourself to reset, and can take just 5 minutes of your time!
There will be no pressure during the session to create a finalised piece of art. It is about letting yourself go creatively, finding a visual release and enjoying the process.
Art is good for the soul, it helps release stress and anxiety, develops dexterity, creative thinking, mindfulness & problem solving. But most of all, art is a fun expressive form of communication that everyone should embrace!
