Vision Board and Sound Bathing Event

As part of our Shift Project provision, with thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund, we will build on our last event and continue on our personal growth and healing journeys.

Fully funded for Northumberland and North Tyneside residents who have experienced trauma.

12pm - 2.30pm

In this workshop you will create a beautiful collage on canvas, with the pictures, symbols, colours, items and words that make your wellbeing bloom and spark your curiosity, optimism and awareness, as you move through the summer of 2025.

Following this there will be a relaxing sound bath, so bring and blanket and a pillow for your own comfort.

Bring your own lunch if desired.
