***trial sessions*** Come and join Jo for 45 mins of Tai Chi to help clear the mind and keep the body moving. This can be done standing or sitting and for all ages. We will have refreshments available after.
As a trial we will hold Tai Chi and chair fitness on alternating weeks, so do join us for each if you like.
It involves a series of slow, flowing movements, often described as "meditation in motion," and is accompanied by controlled breathing and a mindful state. Tai Chi is known for improving balance, flexibility, strength, and stress reduction, among other benefits.
£8/pp for the session and a minimum number required for it to run, so do message, email or call Dan (07867426505) to book. No need to bring anything.
