Yoga Mini Retreat: Working with the Elements

I'd love to welcome you along for an immersive afternoon of yoga inspired by the five elements. We will begin by exploring the elements of earth, water, fire and space through a series of flowing asana and pranayama. The session after the break will include a qigong practice (weather depending we might go outside for this!)and a wonderful reflective 5 elements meditation.
Please bring your yoga mat, cushion/block and a blanket.
1-3.20pm-Session 1 will be mildly challenging and will involve standing and floor work.
3.20-3.50pm- A tea break with some nibbles.
3.50-5pm-Session 2 will be very relaxed.
Priority will be given to those who book the whole afternoon but it may be possible to come along to just one. Please contact me if you have any questions.
Our venue is the peaceful Tornaveen Hall, B9119, Banchory AB31 4PA. Easy parking.
