Pause Breathe Feel yoga and Corsham Writes warmly invite you to The Stories We Tell Ourselves, a wonderful collaborative course from the heart of the Wiltshire countryside.
The course runs 9am-6pm on Saturday 12th July and Sunday 13th July and will focus on the mind-body connection with gentle, kind yoga (suitable for everyone) and assessible creative writing exercises, mindfulness and meditation that encourages self-exploration and offers invaluable time for self-reflection and to nourish yourself in a warm, safe, cosy space.
