CSC Farnley Tyas Fun Ride & BYO Picnic - Saturday 26 July
We are planning another club ride at Farnley Tyas; this will be open to both members and non -members (providing you have your own insurance - riding club or BHS)
Providing we have a minimum of 20 riders we will have sole use of the ride for the morning. Same format this year, we will ask you to book onto groups, depending on the type of ride you want and your own capability. The groupings will be as follows:
Group 1 - Happy Hackers - After a leisurely stroll around the estate, likely to be at walk or trot pace with the odd canter.
Group 2 - Shall I/Shan't I - More up tempo than the hackers / beginner level cross country wanting to give the smaller fences a go without the pressure of the competent jumpers rushing them along.
Group 3 - I've got this - Competent jumpers wanting to have a ride of mixed paces without people flying past at breakneck speed.
Group 4 - Gung Ho Gallopers - The Evil Knievals of the horse world – likely to have dust flying up behind them and potentially attempting any fence in their way.
Cost will be £26.50 for members and £28 for non-members.
Please DM Gill Vile to book on, letting her know which group you would prefer.
Payments to be made by BACS transfer to CSC (Calderdale Saddle Club) - details will be provided when you book on 😊
We hope to see as many faces there as possible, both old friends and new - a great opportunity for a social and if you're new to the club, or interested in joining to come along and meet us 🤗
