Paddlesport Instructor Award

The British Canoeing Awarding Body Paddlesport Instructor (PSI) is a great first step if you are looking to deliver safe and enjoyable taster/starter sessions.

The Paddlesport Instructor qualification is designed for instructors running paddlesport taster/starter sessions within the safety management systems of clubs, centres or other organisations.

This is a 2 day, combined training and assessment course. You undertake the award in the craft of your choice. Once qualified you will be able to run sessions for any craft from your chosen craft.

Due to AALA licensing requirements, this is an over 18yrs course only.

Prerequisites:

Full National Association membership
Paddlesport Safety & Rescue or Foundation Safety & Rescue (within 3 years)
