🦅 The Annual Independence Day Hootenanny
Friday July 4th
12PM–12AM
Garage Sale, Phnom Penh

We’re throwing our annual Independence Day Hootenanny, and as always, it’s not about fireworks — it’s about food, booze, and the sort of Americana that’s better with grease on it.

We’ll be open all day from 12 to 12, with live music, special menu items, and a few stupid games that may or may not involve shouting the Star-Spangled Banner for a beer.

On the music front…
We’re pumped to welcome back, the one and only, live sensation, the man with all the Country hits and Americana staples.. Ladies and Gentlemen, we give you:

JOE WRIGLEY, live and untamed.

Either side, Nik will be on the decks, dusting off the vinyl, spinning both kinds of music — Country and Western. You’ve been warned.

We’re rolling out the specials in the kitchen:

The All-American Tray, a shareable platter built for gluttons and groups — mini cheeseburgers, wings (Buffalo and Firebird Whiskey BBQ), crinkle fries with cheese, mac & cheese bites and mini dogs.

You can tack on a Budweiser or one of our Stars & Stripes milkshakes, which are basically dessert dressed as patriotism.

We’re also slinging a “Freedom Fries Flight” — three types of fries, each with their own dip — and a limited-run Uncle Sam Burger stacked with two beef patties, bacon, cheese, a hash brown, fried egg and BBQ glaze. It’s a mess. It’s glorious.

If that’s not enough sugar and shame, Donuts & Disco are joining the party with our Yankee Doodle Donuts — glazed rings in red, white and blue.

Trivia rounds are happening too, packed with questions about American pop culture, food and film. Prizes will be awarded. So will side-eyes.

And of course, we’re running a Best Dressed contest. Cowboy hats, ironic flags, trucker caps, whatever you turn up in, make it count. There’s food and drink in it for whoever commits hardest.

Our Stars & Stripes Shot Flight will be available all day — a red, white and blue trio of mini cocktails that taste just like freedom (and regret).
