Free Qigong in the Park

Qigong has been practiced for thousands of years. It consists of gentle, flowing, repetitive movements. Upright but relaxed body-posture, slow, deep and soft breathing as well as mindfulness are the foundations of Qigong. A regular practice of Qigong will improve health and increase vitality and longevity.

We will meet in the first carpark (on the right hand side) of Lakeside Country Park at 9am.
