What to expect on the night?
We have a great team of hosts who are always excited to welcome you to the Diamond Singles events. Upon arrival, you will be:

❤️Checked-in (you don't need to print your ticket)
❤️Introduced to the (optional) ice-breaker activity
Our hosts will be around during the event to ensure you’re having a good time, and if you need them for anything, they’re always happy to help – just ask!
Ice-breakers
Our fun and relaxed singles events feature an optional ice-breaker that helps to get people talking. You’ll be introduced to this upon arrival at the event and then it’s up to you whether you take part or not - most people do for sheer fun!

Conversation starters
Scattered around the room you’ll find lots of Diamond Singles Conversation Starter Cards. These are cards with fun questions which you can ask people to get conversation going, and to learn a little about them.
Safe environment
We promote safe-dating and interaction, we want people to feel comfortable and at ease before, during, and after any of the Diamond Singles events.
If you feel unsafe or vulnerable at any point, come and find a host, or go to the bar and Ask For Angela.
Our events are LGBQT+ friendly.
Dresscode:
We encourage a smart, stylish/party/night-out dress code... No trainers or Works Clothing, we encourage you to be comfortable but please make an effort!

One of Canterbury's hottest and busiest bars, this is an awesome venue to meet and socialise! With a well stocked bar full of your favourite drinks, music and plenty of vibes - we love this venue!

Right in the heart of Canterbury, just off of the main high street.

Car Parking:
Whitefriars car park Canterbury - This is open 24 hours a day.
Parking cost - Saturdays £5.00 for First 2 hours, then £2.50 thereafter. Please note, pay at machine by card on return to vehicle.
Nearest train station to venue:
Canterbury East train station. This is an 8 minute walk to Matches Sports Bar & Social
Canterbury West train station. This is an 11 minute walk to Matches Sports Bar & Social
