This 4-week programme is designed for those who are new to Pilates or returning to movement after time away. It’s a calm and encouraging introduction that helps you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in your body.

Each session offers clear guidance, thoughtful coaching and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll learn the key movements and techniques that help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your body.

What to expect:
• A full-body approach focusing on posture, core strength, balance and flexibility
• Small group setting, so you’ll never feel lost in the crowd
• Use of equipment to both support and challenge you
• A steady pace, with options and alternatives offered throughout
• Progress you can feel, even after just a few sessions

This programme is ideal if you:
• Want to start moving again in a structured and supportive environment
• Are returning after injury or a long break from exercise
• Prefer a slower-paced class where you can build confidence and ask questions
• Are looking for a comfortable way to start moving again

Time: 10.45-11.45
Location: Shape It Up Pilates, Rugby
Price: £60.00 including a video for you to practice at home between sessions.

Parking: 2 hours free in ASDA, we are just a 5 minute walk from there or any of the town centre car parks.

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and personal.
