Thriddingsfest

As part of The Yorkshire Society events to celebrate Yorkshire Day, we are holding a weekend of music and spoken word starting with Yorkshire Calling at Bradford Live, on Friday 1st August 2025. Saturday 2nd is the brand new Thriddingsfest, 2 days of promoting and celebrating the talent of Yorksire's young people from all communities. Music performed by amateur and young people and Sunday 3rd is poetry by children/young people followed by a dialect neet with the Yorkshire Dialect Society. Appearances by author and poet Gervase Phinn, Eddie Lawler and others.
