Walk – Evening visit to Bovey Heathfield on Tuesday 1st July 2025

We will be visiting the Devon Wildlife Trust nature reserve at Bovey Heathfield for our customary summer evening walk to look for Nightjars.
As dusk falls, there is also a chance of seeing a few other birds, such as Stonechats or Yellowhammers.
Meet by the reserve entrance in Dragoon Close at the northern end of the Heathfield industrial estate (OS grid reference SX 82360 76399; what3words ///drifter.leaves.poorly; TQ12 6UD) at 9.00 pm.
You are advised to bring a torch and insect repellent. No toilets.
