Join Barry Roberts AKA Barry the Cheeseman to learn how to make your own cheese at home!
Workshop 1 (morning): Work in pairs to make Camembert, Danish Blue, Danish Feta and Ricotta in this 3 hour workshop.
Workshop 2 (afternoon): Work in pairs to make Halloumi, Cheddar, Cottage cheese and Mozzarella. Barry will demo the making of the Mozzarella curd and then each participant will get a piece that they will further process (heating & stretching) to make the final Mozzarella, all in 3 hours.
Participants will all get to take home 1kg of cheese.
Workshop includes cheese platter for morning/afternoon tea with tea/coffee and snack of fried Halloumi during the workshop. BYO lunch if completing both workshops, or pop a cheese toastie on!
