Join my 6-Week Chair Yoga Course for Older Adults

Discover the power of gentle movement, guided breathing, and mindful connection—all from the
comfort of a chair. This specially designed 6-week course is perfect for older adults looking to stay active, improve well-being, and build confidence in movement.

Each week focuses on a different wellness theme:

Week 1: Mobility and Mindfulness– Move more freely with gentle joint-friendly flows and learn techniques to become more present.

Week 2: Strength – Build muscle safely to support daily activities.

Week 3: Balance – Improve stability and reduce the risk of falls.

Week 4: Flexibility and Fascia – Gently stretch and lengthen tight muscles and connective tissue to feel better in your body.

Week 5: Stress Relief – Let go of tension and busy minds, leave feeling a little lighter.

Week 6: Now you have built up a toolbox of yoga techniques we will combine everything you have learnt into one class.

No experience needed. All levels welcome.

Start feeling better—one chair pose at a time!

After the course has finished on 8th August there will be the opportunity to continue with classes if you wish.

Cost £42 for the 6 weeks, all equipment will be provided.
