Come join us as we celebrate the beginning of the summer season, and align with the natural rhythm of the earth's solar and lunar energies! With the shift into longer days and shorter nights, it is beneficial to balance our masculine/feminine, dark/light, hot/cold, and yin/yang energy.
We can bring these energies into harmony within ourselves with yoga Asanas (poses) and Pranayama (breath) as we journey through a vinyasa flow of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) to enhance energy and focus, and Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations) to create calm and sooth the nervous system. No experience is necessary, and modifications are available so that everyone can participate! Bring your yoga mat (or borrow one of ours) and a water bottle. ($35/pp)
