What is an ally? In the book, she describes "ally" as someone who is not part of a marginalized community but who advocates for that community.
As an open and affirming church, let's work together in these tumultuous times to be allies for the LGBTQ+ community .
The Social Justice Group invites you to join us in reading all or some of this book over the next month and join one or two of the following discussion groups -
- Wednesday, June 25 with the North Reading Human Rights Group from 7 - 8:30 pm in the North Reading Library Activity room
- Sunday, June 29th with the Social Justice group at 11:15 am in the parlor.
