Yoga for Sleep & Relaxation

Just as there are Yoga practices to strengthen and invigorate, there are practices to Release and Restore. This workshop will introduce to you a variety of Yoga practices intended specifically to bring ease to the body and stillness to the mind making greater Sleep & Relaxation more available when we want it.
In addition to experimenting with a few (floor-based) Gentle, Calming Restorative Yoga Poses (floor-based) you will learn simple (seated) Meditation options, perform different Breathing techniques, and try on a Mudra or two (gestures of the hand).

For an optimal experience I suggest dressing most comfortably – with nothing constricting (hair bands, wrist bands, waist bands, etc.) Ideally finish a light meal no later than 30 minutes before.
