To start your day with an inner body connection and refreshing combination a led practice of dynamic and static asana for strength, mobility and flexibility. 3min rest/savasana at the end.

6.15-7am
Starts 15th July
Wk 1: 15th July & 17th July
Wk 2: 22nd July & 24th July
Wk 3: 29th July & 31st July
Wk 4: 5 Aug & 7th Aug
$15 per session for casuals. or $100 for 4wks 4x sessions.
Consistency discount: $70 for students who have been attending the previous blocks.
Next blocks begin:
- 4wk block 12th Aug & 14th Aug

FYI: I suggest if you are nursing and recovering from injuries or conditions that requires more care, this session may not be for you at this stage. Please check out the Wednesday 12.30pm session or sign up for Tuesday block courses where we dive into the practice deeper.
